My name is Ezgi Koçer. For over a decade, I have been working in the fields of English language teaching, teacher training, and educational consultancy. Although I have experience across all K–12 levels, I have chosen to specialize in early childhood education, with a particular focus on language acquisition in the preschool years.

Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a multicultural and global perspective through various international experiences. During high school, I studied in Canada, and while pursuing my undergraduate degree , I participated in the Erasmus program in Germany, gaining valuable academic and cultural insights.

I have served as an English teacher, department head, and English coordinator in various private schools, where I took an active role in curriculum development, material selection, and mentoring teachers. I later worked as a teacher trainer and educational consultant at a publishing house, where I focused on designing and implementing effective teacher development programs.

In 2024, I founded Rise Educational Consulting to offer tailored English-language consultancy services, curriculum design, and teacher development support for early childhood institutions. My mission is to provide children with meaningful, hands-on learning experiences through project-based and play-based approaches, while empowering educators to unlock their creative potential and lead transformative change in education.
